if application for closing of company filed in June or July ,what is the due date for filing of Roc returns,
can anyone please clarify this
Does Private Limited company (Subsidiary of Foreign listed entity) need to upload its Anual Return in Company website as per MCA. As per Directors report, consultant says " In the event the Company has a website, a copy of the annual return shall be placed on the website of the Company, and the web-link of such annual return shall be disclosed herein ".
