Filing of ITR 1 ?
I have filed a return for an individual in F.Y 18-19 ,under tax audit . For the F.Y 19-20 no individual return was filed for the same person. But i have to file return for F.Y 20-21 in ITR 1 as the person has salary income and no business income . Can i fill ITR 1 or have to file ITR 3 along with tax audit?

If there is no business income, no question of filing ITR3 , with or without audit.
You can file ITR 1 or 2 as suitable, without any restriction.
