I was not registered under Income tax Act.
Now I would like to get registered with an objective to file IT returns.
But my Date of birth is wrong on PAN card.
Please can you advice me,
whether shall I get registered to file ITR or not?
If registered, is there any chance of occurance of a problem in respect of this issue?

Better correct yur DOB first, before any ITR filing, unless it is most important.
It's important to file on or before due date i.e 31/07/2018 .
If I make an application to correct my PAN, it take minimum 20 days of to get new one. But time is not enough to get rectified Date of birth on my PAN.
Is there any possibility to correct date of birth on PAN after filing ITR.
If possible, any impact on ITR ?

i suggest to register vth current dob in efilling and file ur returns vth that dob itself.....after filling go for correctn of PAN......THIS IS MY OPINION CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG....
