A private company which is not carrying any activities since its incorporation wants to file STK-2 for closure. List of Attachments includes a Special Resolution by the Members.
Is it required to file this Special Resolution in MGT-14 prior to filing STK-2?
I see that there is no option for voluntary strike-off of the company in form MGT14 under " purpose of passing the resolution"
Also, form STK 2 no where asks for SRN of the special resolution filed in Form MGT 14
