Filing of form 2 with roc

Hello Dear all,

Our Pvt Ltd company had issued shares on 1 August, 2011 and subsequently further issued on 31^st December, 2011. In this case problem is we are by mistake forgot filing of form 2 with ROC relating to 1^st allotment dated 1 August, 2011 and filed 2^nd allotment dated 31^st December, 2011 without filing of 1^st allotment.

Now request you to all experts please give me suggestion how to we can file form 2 relating to allotment dated 1 August, 2011. Because system of MCA not allow him to filing of 1^st allotment on same dated.
