Filing of form 10e

Suppose if a person has received arrear for the AY 2017-18 & 2016-17 and while computation relief u?s 89 the relief is NIL so is it necessary to file form 10E even though the Relief is NIL U/S 89.

If i show Arrears of salary differently than is it necessary?

And can i also file without showing Arrears Seperately?

When the tax liability doesn't differ, no need of filing form 10E or asking for arrears relief.

The total receipts of the salary along with arrears if any are to be offered for assessment in current year.......
