Company needs to inform about DIN of the directors to the Registrar in Form DIR-3C within 15 days of receiving the intimation
SIR,I WANTED TO KNOW IF ANY DIRECTOR HAS BEEN ALLOTED DIN PREVIOUSLY AND GOT APPOINTED IN THE COMPANY.AFTERTHAT, THE SAME DIRECTOR WANTS TO GET APPOINTED IN ANY OTHER COMPANY,
THEN, THE SECOND CO. IS ALSO REQUIRED TO FILE DIR-3C ALONG WITH DIR-12??????
No need to file DIR 3C if DIN 3 was filed earlier.
This DIR- 3C form is for intimating DIN of Directors to ROCs. if it was already intimated earlier no need to intimate again.
