Filing of dir 11

DIR 11 is for only cessation of a director... but DIR 12 can be used for both appointment and cessation of a director.

DIR 11 need to be filled with ROC by Director who resigned, within 15 days of his resignation.However, It seems that DIR 12 filled by company to ROC under new companies act.Please confirm me about DIR 12.Further, note that Director should file DIR11 within time limit, irrespective of whether company filled its form or not?).

Time limit for DIR11 is 30 days.Sorry for above mistake.
