is there any limit above which a co. is compulsarily required to prepared audited balance sheet and pnl account?
As per companies act 2013,
Every company shall prepare financial statements as per accounting standards/ Indian accounting standards as the case may be and lie before the general meeting.
So there is no certain limit to companies for preparation of financial statements.
As per the chapter Auditors , company shall appoint auditors and auditor shall issue a duly signed audit report.
