Hi, guys... to file annual return with ROC we need DSC of a CA right....can we use DSC of one CA who is not their auditor. i.e., financials are signed by one auditor and while filing returns with ROC another DSC is used...is it possible?

yes you can use..
ya it can be done. . but for filing of annual return with ROC Dsc of cs would be required. .
