I have a doubt regarding the efiling of a company.My doubt is whether the Private company is running on a loss without any income.is the company is covered under Tax audit.kindly also say whether the applicability of 3CA and 3cd.Is the Key managerial Person DSC is needed to upload the return if it is a Tax audit or not.
