Dear Sir,

I have a doubt regarding the efiling of a company.My doubt is whether the Private company is running on a loss without any income.is the company is covered under Tax audit.kindly also say whether the applicability of 3CA and 3cd.Is the Key managerial Person DSC is needed to upload the return if it is a Tax audit or not.

applicability of tax audit depends on turnover of the co. and not on the fact that it is running in losses. if the turnover exceeds the limit the tax audit is compulsory. otherwise the co. will be liable to get ots a/cs audited under companoes act only.
