MBP-1 disclosures are not requited to file with the ROC however they should be kept in companies records.

 

MBP - 1 disclosure is not mandatory to file with the ROC, but they can be kept for inspection and for just record keeping purpose. It is recommended to keep a separate register naming MBP-1 Disclosure of Directors on top of the register and should be kept in the custody of Company secretary (if any) or any other person appointed by the company for the matters in question.
