Q1 :Is it possible to file ITR for AY 2014-15 now ? If yes what is the last date of filing AY 2014-15 ITR return ?
Q2: Is there any penality for filing later return ?
Q3: Incase there comes out a refund for the assesse for AY 2014-15, can he still get it by filing it in AY 2015-16
Q4: Is it still possible to file ITR for AY 2014-15 online ?.

Belated Return {section 139(4)} :Every assesse Can file their belated return with in one year from the end of the assessment year relevant to previous year or before completion of assessment u/s 142(1) . For Financial year 2013-14(AY 2014-15) belated (late) return can be filed by 31.03.2016 (i.e one year from end of assessment year 2014-15 ending 31.03.2015)
Yes you can. Most probably there will be no Penalty.
You can file online - no problem
You should file under section 139(4) - belated return.

1. you can file return for AY 2014-15 till 31.03.2016. However it will be treated as Belated Return and may not be revised later.
2. No penalty, however interest is charged if any tax payable.
3. If refund is made, then refund will be granted to you, but interest will be paid on to you from date of fiing of return.
4. yes you can file online still.

Suren you should learrn from mistakes. Repeating same mistake by not filing is unpardonable.
File this years return 4 31st aug.
Some ppl have more income in one year and less in the other
The moment it is less they dont file return.
File regularly and no tension.
