Filing it retrun without salary

no need to file return in ur case.

However

1) if there is any taxable income exceeds the basic exemption limit i.e. 200000/- then u have to file return.

or

2) if u have only salary income and it does not exceed 500000/- and employer deducted TDS also and Bank Interest upto 10000/- then no need to file IT return.

otherwise if u want to take loan in future then u must file return bcz it is a proof of ur income.

Dear Sir,

Please file your income tax returns - whether you are paying or not any taxes.

Because when you are availing any banks annd other financial institutions --- They  will ask for IT Returns documents.
