Filing income tax return through representative assesee

Hello Sir
I need an information regarding filing income tax return of a deceased person through representative assesee..
While registering as representative assesse some important documents needs to be uploaded.. out of those documents 2 documents title are similar... I would like to to know the difference between those..
1)copy of the order passed in the name of the deceased
2)Copy of the order notice( mandatory upload)

1 ) Says the copy of the order has to be passed in the name of the deceased -two are different.
For registration as representative assessee only 3 documents are required:-
1. PAN Card of legal heir
2. Death Certificate
3. Bank Certificate stating the name of nominee (legal heir) in bank account
Pan of the assesse and the copy of the order is sufficient.
