Dear Sir,

We have prepared form AOC-4 for one of our companies having paid up capital of Rs.2.98 cr. and turnover of Rs.64.00 Cr.  However, the MCA portal is asking to file Form AOC-4 XBRL. Is it compulsory? What is the reason?
