Please clarrify whether Income Tax filing date is 31.7.2014 for propreitorship also?. Even in case of business loss also to file with in the above said due date.

Yes balaji, if you are not covered under tax audit(sec 44AB), then your due date is 31.07.2014
Even in case of loss, same date will apply.
Tax audit is mandatory if your gross receipts/ turnover is more than 1crore for business & 25 lacs for profession.
