Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether filing ITR-2 is appropriate when you have interest income from sundry debtors, having previously filed ITR-3. While ITR-2 is generally suitable for interest income alone, the presence of sundry debtors might suggest business income. Filing ITR-2 could potentially lead to less information being shared with the tax department and a quicker return processing.

It is ok . itr 2 right form
If you have interest income alone then you can go with ITR 2 but you are saying sundry debtors that means do you have any business or those were loans given outsiders??
better to file ITR 2 for giving less information to department and early process of return.
