While filing GSTR-3B, i filled all the details and saved GSTR-3B. But to file the return finally through "File GSTR 3B with EVC", the option is not highlighted.
I cannot file through DSC since the DSC is not available.
Kindly hel me out of this issue.

Actually i have been trying from yesterday onwards, but it's still not highlighted to file the return.
