 you can file the case...however, it would be prudent to see your chances of winning the suit filed before taking any such chance as losing a case might leave you in a lurch...academically, you should first file a complaint with the ICAI...only if you are not satisfied with the action taken thereon by the institute you should consider moving to the judicial  courts....

i guess that shoul be kept as last option... first try out other alternatives

raise ur voice !!! people harrass gals becoz they think they are weak( i dnt knw why gals in our country do not ask confidently for their rights!! take example of ladies seat in delhi buses or delhi metro . it is already written that reserved for ladies still all woman do not demand seats if some man ( better not to call him man - he do not deserve to b a man) is sitting there)

I just referred to my Cousin who is a qualified lawyer.

THE BEST WAYOUT IS TO APPROACH THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR WOMEN.

The rest will be taken care of by themselves. This is in ur best interests.

firstly u should try to solve peacefully

well whats the matter

c'mon neha..go attend ur classes..tell him that ITT training is not leave..its a part of article ship..he just wants u to do his office work like a bonded labour.  If he does not allow to attend the training...still go turn a deaf ear to ur CA..just tell him to extend articles for extra leaves...that's it.... Don't make a big deal out of it. It will harm u & ur career.   Just remember one thing if u get bullied , people will bully u...so just do what u think is best.
