FEMA_remittance of money outside India_URGENT

Company "B" of Singapore, one of the group company of Company "A", will enter into a rental agreement with the landlord of the premises for renting office space where the above mentioned office will be set up. The rent would be paid by Company "B"and Company "A" will reimburse the rental charges and the amount to be paid on account of security deposits to Company "B" from India.

Will the aforesaid arrangement violates any of the provisions of FEMA? If yes, please specify. Thanks
