Authorised dealer is bank to whom you received inward remittance from NRI or foreign company
the role of CS is to issue certificate for following Rule of FEMA act & Ca are decide price guideline & also FEMA rule

My Q. is how can a company change its AD bank from one to another ? ( i.e. my company wants to change its AD from HSBC to some other bank ) . what are teh process to be followed by company and its CS for the same?
collect no objection letter from Your AD i.e HSBC
