Our Company didnt received the Export proceeds within time prescribed... now overdue is more than one year... till date we have not taken permission for extension of period...now our bank is asking to file ETX form for extension...
1) What is ETX Form???
2) What are the consequences will arise for non filing of ETX form??
3) is RBI can take some action against non filing of form???
Please answer my questions..it is very urgent......
