I do commodity trading online ans i filed IT4 for filing the returns.
My ITR4 has been returned as defective and i have get it audited under sec 44ab.
I want to know how CA generally charges for an audit of individual where only trading income and salary is involved.?
I have no idea on this , so if anybody can guide me then it will be gr8 help.

There is no limit of prescribed fees.It depend upon volume or transaction entries, time taken, relation with CA, your other assignment to concern CA.

Fees generally charged by the CA is ranging from Rs 5000 to 8000

Hello
you have to get completed tax audit and there is lot of work involved such as completing form 3CB 3CD (this has to be online) certifying your financials (P & L and balancesheet) and its a skillfull job.
the fees cannot be generalised and it depends on volume of work involved, experience and expertise involved etc.

it depends on sale or gross receipt, and volume of transaction 5000-15000 may be more than that .
