As per my understanding you are asking about Increase in authorised Capital, check instruction kit of Form SH-7 ,Also check whether AOA authorise Alteration of Share Capital, else Alter Article by passing special resolution and Filing MGT-14 of S/R ,Note that stamp duty on SH-7 shall be paid electronically..
