Don't worry about results, now it's not in your hand.
Keep faith on almighty God and if you are not sure about results then start preparation.

Expect best but prepare for worst. Keep revising those subjects on which you were weak. Studying the subjects well, not only for exams, for Knowledge and becoming an esteemed professional is the end and not the results. Give your best and forget the rest.
