Dear All,

Please tell me what FEATURES & REPORTS u want in a complete software of Company Law matters which will include ROC MCA related filing, Compliances of Provisions of Companies Act eg. Books n Register Maintanance, Procedural controls which are prescribed in Companies Rules, Accounting of Clients fees balances etc..

Watever u feel or u can also post the problems that u face in existing ROC s/w which u are using..

i m not satisfied with ZEN ROC.. lots of features n reports r missing..

like various statutory registers, variuos controls for compliance of provisions of companies act etc..

actually i m going to develop a ROC S/W, thats y i need suggestions, problems etc. for the same..
