Fcra balance fund utilisation in ngo
Hi to all,,
I have one clarification regarding NGO FCRA Fund.
Suppose One of the FCRA Fund Project after completion there are some small amount of cash, Bank is available with NGO FCRA Bank Account. What is the solution to close the Bank & Cash account because more than 2 years showing the Balance in Balance Sheet.
Please kindly suggest me if anybody.

First It is required that Why You want to Close FCRA Bank Account.
Official Process to Change Bank Account.
1] You have to Open a New Account for FCRA
2] Apply to MHA-FCRA using this New Account
3] After Approval from MHA. You have to Close earlier Account.
4] Send Information About Closing Earlier Account.
Note:- It is possible that you may send both request together. But I am giving and Practically best way.
Rest is depend on individual case and how you proceed.

Thanks for your reply sir and in my Question, I have mentioned the word "Close the Bank & Cash Account" means Books of Account only not the bank account
