Do we have to file FBT return seperatly for financial year 2008-09 (if yes, what is the due dates etc for filing and which form to use please give details etc.)
or the procedure is same as for financial year 2007-08.

the procedure is same as it was last year 2007 - 08 i. e. it is filed along with ITR - 5, 6 & 7 whereever applicable and with the same due dates as return filing due dates.
