Dewali gifts will be liable to FBT but what % of gift is to be considered for FBT purpose.

If Dewali gifts are given to clients and employees what will be %

ALL THE GIFTS  WHETHER ON DIWALI OR ANY OTHER  ARE LIABLE TO FBT. GIFTS TO EMPLOYEES AND OTHERS ARE ALSO CONSIDERED AS SAME
@ 30% plus surcharge pls cess on 50% of expenditure incurred on gifts for whatever occassion o whoever person gift is given.

This is the sarcasm in FBT. It is for employee benefit but it does not even discriminate between gift to client or to employe or to any other person
