Advertisement through online(i.e. through Yahoo,Google etc) will affect FBT?

According to deeming provision of Sec 115WB any Advertisement in which Companies logo get displayed will not attract FBT.Following text of Provision will clear the concept
Following expenditure on advertisement shall not be considered as expenditure on sales promotion including publicity –
(i)            Expenditure (including rental) on advertisement of any form in any print (including journals, catalogues or price lists) or electronic media or transport system;

(i)            Expenditure on advertisement by way of signs, art work, printing, banners, awnings, direct mail, electric spectaculars, kiosks, boardings, bill boards or by way of such other medium of advertisement; and

FBT is no applicable on this issue .  Expenses on advertisement through electronic media direct mail are not covered under FBT
