Dear sir
As per the budget presented on july 06-2009, FBT has been abolished. But If we paid the FBT for the 3 months, How can i get it back.?

Dear Friend, I don't think this will be refunded by department,
however paid FBT may be adjusted with your Tax obligation and might be treated as Advance tax paid as normal Tax.
