whether FBT is applicable on lodging and boarding exp incurred for consultants

Reimbursement of lodging & boarding exp of consultants in respect of a project assigned to him is not liable to FBT. They are to be treated as part & parcel of Prof Fees (infact Out of Pocket Exp) paid to the consultant.
On the other side, that consultant if not an individual, will be liable to FBT on the reimbursed amt. of lodging & boarding.
