Dear Friends
I have with me PAN card of a client and when i fill up DIN 4 as per the PAN it alwayas says " fathers name does not match with PAN data base" I have tried every combination for first, middle and last name but still same error ,
Please suggest some suggestion.

first check the same in the IT site and confirm...
And are you filing DIN 4 for updating name as given in MCA with PAN.
