Father Died eb in his name , how to get gst registration done

Hi Every One,

I am trying to get my gst registration done , the problem I am facing in GST- Reg-01 is that I have submitted tax receipt of my panchayat and it is in my name. But the tax officer sent my application for clarification and is asking that I need to give further details like mouza, plot no, etc. Those things i have replied back also . But the thing is he is also asking for electric bill copy and the eb is in my father name and he is expired. So what to do please reply asap.
