Dear members,
In Fast Track Exit scheme, there is one 'affidavit' and 'indemnity bond' to be prepared. Can anybody provide me the same in 'WORD' format ?
Secondly, pls tell me is it mandatory to make both the documents in 'legal' sheets?
One more thing, one pvt. co. is to be closed, and b/sheet till 2011 is duly filed. Now one 'nil' balance sheet is made on the current date so do we required to file that in ROC ?

Documents neede while filing Form FTE
1.Copy of Resolution
2. Statement of Accounts attested by CA
3. Affidavit of Each of Director on Non Judicial Stamp Paper attested by NOTARY.
4. Indemnity Bond by Directors with two witness and attestation by NOTARY.

If a Pvt Ltd. Company has applied for FTSE on 13.12.11 and on MCA site the Company Status shows : Strike OFF
The Company has prepared Statement of Accounts as on that date
