One more query ?

Do I need to pay all the panalty for non filing of returns first  ??? some one has told me to pay the penalty around Rs. 50000 for five years and then only can apply for FTE mode.

I am confused now ..... Plz clearify......

• There is no such Pealties Exist Only Fee  Have to be Paid By You as follow:-

• Yes, applicant is required to file an application in the prescribed Form FTE along with prescribed fee of Rs. 5,000/-

• But You have to a compounding fees for non filling of documents.
