A company has not filed any return etc. with ROC since 2010-11. now I want to close the company as there is no business done by the company since 2010-11.
can I opt the fast track exit mode directly? or ,
do I need to file all the annual return and forms with penalty, and then only can apply for fast track exit mode ?
Plz answer ?????
you can go ahead with the FTE even if the Company has not done annual filing.

Do I need to pay all the panalty for non filing of returns first ??? some one has told me to pay the penalty around Rs. 50000 for five years and then only can apply for FTE mode.
I am confused now ..... Plz clearify......

There is no such Pealties Exist Only Fee Have to be Paid By You as follow:-
Yes, applicant is required to file an application in the prescribed Form FTE along with prescribed fee of Rs. 5,000/-
But You have to a compounding fees for non filling of documents.
