As per the FAQs on Creation of Charges Under Companies Act, 2013.
There are two Companies ABC Pvt Ltd and PQR Pvt Ltd. ABC Pvt Ltd taken loan from the Bank and offered its property. Further, PQR also given Corporate guarantee and offered its property on the loan sanctioned to ABC Pvt limited.
Now, As per the MCA index charge, when we search in the name of PQR, no charge is created. However, when we search in the name of ABC, it shows charge is created for the total loan amount with the property offered by PQR.
As per my understanding, in MCA portal if we search in the name of PQR, than the asset against which charged is created for the loan availed by ABC should reflect.
