Please help me out if a food manufacturing unit running under residantial area with the consent of the owner and get registered under VAT as well as FSSAI. It is using electricity and LPG for manufacturing. Is there any other liability of registration?

Visit your respective zonal DIC office ( District industries Centre) they would guide you all registrations, depending on your location, manpower, fuel used, items produced and process flow
Though there are certain
above 10 workers, ESIC, Factory act, Labour Welfare, Statics
Above 20 Workers Provident Fund
if goods are sold in seal packed then Excise may apply, if loose then not chargable
service tax may be levied on delivery and inward transportation
