so many Fack Invoice Upload in GSTR2A by outside state without my knowledge, how to resolve the issues

Do nothing... Don't claim any itc of that invoices..

Don't take ITC of same if it's not relating to your transaction.
In GSTR 9 Annual return..after all credit.. difference is automatically goes lapsed.
