Facing problem in ca articleship

Sir I am ca final student and pursuing my articleship from aligarh. Due to some reasons I have taken transfer from my existing principal. He has also signed 109 form. I have applied to other firms for continuing my articleship. But my existing principal is not allowing any other principal to take me into his firm. My parents talked to them so they have told us that we have made an association that the article who would take transfer would not be allowed to continue his articleship in that city.Sir please help me I am not able to come out of this situation. Please guide me and reply as soon as possible
