JSON generation or upload errors in Form 145 & 146 utilities are typically caused by using an outdated utility version, special characters in address/name fields, or incorrect date/numeric formatting. To resolve this, always download the latest utility version from the portal, strip out all special characters, clear hidden spaces from pasted cells, and systematically validate each panel before final JSON extraction.
