Faceless scheme

Sir, Notice u/s 148A(b) issued on 22//03/2022 for the Asstt.Year 2015-2016, and Oder u/s148A(d) was passed under 07/04/2022 and Lator on Final Order u/s.147 r.w.s144 read with section 144B was issued on 08/03/2024 where in the demand is more than of Rs. 50,00,000 ( income escaping assessment) non filer case. Does it fit in to " according to the sections" with regard to TOLA which recently held by Honorable SC or Ashish Agarwal Case, I mean is there any flaw in to my Notices and orders ?
