F.Y 2018-19, any returns don't file till now, so Clint is interested now GST filling..So any chance in this switchwation clime monthly wise ITC and file all GST RETURNS.?

As per my view the GSTIN is cancelled now. Check out the details...
After that You can file all returns and (contact Your circle officer for that matter)

Even though your registration is not cancelled, now you cannot claim ITC for 2018-19 (Refer Section 16 of CGST Act )

ITC can't be claim as due dates is expired as per prescribed dates by GST act. Also refer above said section by Mr Pankaj Rawat Ji...
You can file all monthly due GST returns if the GST no is active for the f.y.2018-19 but they are not eligible to claim ITC as the ITC can be taken only before the due date of September , 19 which is also gone hence not allowed to take ITC
