Can, i physically submit F.Y 16-17 ITR
to the respective Charge...if income below Rs.500000/- within 31st july 2018.
if not is there any other way of doing that..

no... you cannot... even if you submit it'll be treated as invalid return
please suggest how we can file ITR F.Y 16 - 17 now. for some technical it couldn't be submitted online.
It cannot be filed online because the deadline is over.
it cannot be filed either manual or online
