I am IT Professional from pune. I work part time also in a small firm , along with my regular full time job. I have F-16 from both the companies. I wanted to ask , is there any kind of risk if I declare that i work part time also and have 2 F-16 for the same financial year ?? Please help

i dont think u will have problem with that, only u have to club the both the form 16 while filing the income tax return....
Yes, Balu is right. You should not worried about this. Just club the both form 16 and file return on/before due date.
