Hi All
For April and May rent I have deducted TDS with 15%. Which should be 10%. Is it possible to deduct less TDS in June. what will be the chnages required at the time of quarterly return ?

In case you have deducted Excess TDS from someone and deposited to the government, you need to do two things:
Do Not Issue Certificate of Deduction to the Person for higher tax .
Claim refund of excess tax dedcuted.
I have not filed return for the quarter. I have disscussed the issue with friends and now decided that I will not deduct TDS in this month and use the already paid extra ( 5% in April + 5% in May) TDS for June.
