I need your help regarding external commercial borrowing:
A pvt ltd. company in India, which is subsidery of a Chinese company, wants to
borrow a loan of rs 3-4 cr. from the holding company for a period of 3-6 months.
And need wants to use this amount to meets working capital requirements.
What is the procedures to borrow this amount...????
