What is the procedure ofr extension of financial year??What is the limit for filing form 61 with ROC?
And can we go to ROC for extension of FY today as the 31st MArch has already passed or should we give back dated resolution?Kindly give corresponding provision also.

extenstion of financial year, upto 15 months is allowed, no permission required. Special permission arises only when it is extended for 18 months. I think you can pass a resolution even now and file with the ROC. No issues. as upto 15 months company itself can take a call.
