Extension of due date of income tax return & tax audit report till 31st Oct'13

From my understanding, the extension for filing the returns, is applicable only for companies with Tax Audit? 
Companies without tax audit filing now, will still be considered as Belated return?

We should thanks to CA Swadesh Gupta & others( if any) who had filed the case for extension,& from these persons efforts this date is extend to till 31st Oct 2013.

 Mr Unicon this date is extended for every type of assesse who comes under Tax Audit.
